Case Management

Every client has the option to be assigned a Case Manager and participate in individualized case management services. OASIS uses the Empowerment Model to support clients in leading their own case management process.

Individualized case management may include:
  • Safety planning
  • Developing long-term housing plans
  • Guidance on systems and processes
  • Referrals to community resources
  • Access to financial assistance

All case management services are trauma-informed, ensuring that clients are supported in a safe, respectful, and empowering manner.
